“All of Us Are Dead” is rated as more “violent” and “intense” than Kingdom or Squid Game

Netflix is ​​getting ready to start off with a bang with the highly anticipated “All of Us Are Dead.”

Based on the webtoon of the same name, the upcoming horror drama follows the story of a group of Hyosan High School students who are trapped in a zombie-stricken campus.

As Netflix lures fans with disturbing and intriguing clips and trailers, the Korea Media Rating Board pointed out that the upcoming K-zombie series could be more "terrifying" than its predecessors, "Kingdom" and "Squid Game." .

In a report cited by Insight Korea, the organization that "ranks films, videos and other films based on age" released a result examining the ratings, noting that it received five out of seven ratings.

Categories include violence, dialogue, fear, drugs and risk of imitation.

Unfortunately, the Korea Media Rating Board pointed out that "All of Us Are Dead" may not be suitable for "young people" due to its disturbing scenes, especially zombies attacking humans and killings using various weapons.

Additionally, he noted that it could have a "harmful effect", particularly towards younger viewers, as it contains an "overall context of violence, dialogue, fear, drugs and risk of imitation".

As a reminder, based on the organization's rating of other Netflix shows, "Hellbound" scored high in three of seven categories: subject matter, violence and horror.

On the other hand, "Kingdom" scored two high points on violence and horror while "Squid Game" scored high on four categories such as violence and provocative scenes.

Despite the notice from the Korea Media Rating Board, several fans have expressed their excitement to watch "All of Us Are Dead", especially now that Netflix is ​​releasing various trailers and trailers, showing a glimpse of what is the K-zombie series.

Exactly three weeks before the highly anticipated D-Day, the streaming giant has unveiled a new video that will undoubtedly pique fans' interest.

In a 1 minute and 30 second trailer, a student managed to call the police and report the zombie attack at Hyosan High School.

Unfortunately, officers thought it was a prank call and reminded the student of the consequences.

However, officers noticed they continued to receive the same concerns and decided to call the school and check on the students.

“They will come and save us. They have to do it,” one student mentioned – the clip transitions showing a girl turning into a zombie.

The phrase “Help is not coming” flashed on the screen, meaning the students might be stuck inside the campus filled with flesh-eating monsters.

“All of Us Are Dead” is scheduled to release on January 28, starring Yoon Chan Young, Park Ji Hoo, Jo Yi Hyun, Park Solomon and Yoo In Soo.
